Stolen 3rd row!!

I thought there was already a thread for this here...but i can't find it now!
But lastnight it happened to me!!
They stole my 3rd row seats lastnight...the strange thing is...they some how turned my alarm off and opened the doors without breaking something.
There are NO signs of them breaking in and i'm sure i locked it!!
Anyone know what happened here?!!?
I've heard stories about people opening cars with Blackberry's anyone know if this is what happened to me!?!
They even relocked my doors!!!

Not really sure if i'm gonna replace them...might just call it a wash!!

You would think if it's such a problem, Chevy would do something about it.

I was advised to have numbers engraved in the seat frames...not really sure what good this will do...since i don't think it's something police regularly check for!!!:mad3: :mad3: :mad3:

Sorry to hear that. I always pull them out and store them the minute I don't need them as I realize the more time they spend in the vehicle the greater the chance for theft.

i have had mine in for ever, so i dont worry much, but you watch , it will get stolen this weekend.

maybe i would chain it to those floor locks in the cargo area.

Yea everyone was telling me to have my vin engraved on my seats. If I had some where to put them I'd take em out. They should have created some kinda lock for them that would use our key to take them out, Like for the spare tire.

I have 3rd row seats that I have absolutely no use for..... I see em on ebay for like $650... I would take $300 and whoever wants em can pay for the shipping. I am located in Florida so let me know. The seats are gray.

I have third row seats and have no use for them. I wrapped mine in trash bags and now they are in the attic. It's pretty good because you could use the space the third row took up for a sub/amp combo, and it wouldnt take up any more room than the folded third row did.

My friend had his stolen. It dropped the value of his truck when he tried to trade it in. Luckily mine have not been stolen in the Denali or the Hoe. I may have to store them also just in case....
