Squeaky dash...

Any ideas about a squeaky dash? It doesn't seem connected to the steering column (which feels loose). I'm thinking that a bolt/screw is loose and there's a little play allowing the dash to shake and squeak.

But I want to make sure it isn't indicative of something worse.
