I have bigger tires on my 97. Equivelant to 33" in height. My speedometer is off approximately 10 to 12 mph. Can a normal tire shop calibrate this or do you have to have a scan tool attatched by a mechanic? If so, then how much does this usually costs?

Scantool to calibrate speedo, probably a higher end bi-directional like a Tech2 or the like.....

Some other Bidrectional tools can also adjust this, but the Tech2 will do quite nicely.....
