I have an 2002 chevy Tahoe and have a sixth cylinder misfire ONLY when my truck idles for a long period of time. I have replaced the sixth cylinder coil pack, all spark plug wires all spark plugs. Next I'll be replacing fuel injectors. If anyone has any other ideas.. PLEASE HELP! Thanks

May well be the injector. When you replaced all plugs did they all look the same or did #6 look different than the others?

Ok, so that tells me that no oil fouling problems. Does sound like the injector is likely the cause unless your have a rare driver going bad in the PCM. Check all wiring to injector and connection.

I replaced fuel injector at 6th cylinder. Removed code. Ran truck for 10 minutes. Code came back. Any other ideas?
