I'm slowly working on the little things that bug me about my Hoe, one of the biggest being the fuel gauge (working on that one, trying not to drop the tank) the other being the shift indicators. Only every other one lights up in my truck, and i'm certain it's not the dash as i've tried a totally different circuit board and have the same issue. Does anyone know where the sending unit for those LED's is (and also what type they are, i want to do a color change on them)

Also my gauges have a lens over them that is scratched all to hell, are there any aftermarket ones, or am i stuck trying to pull one and hoping it's not in too horrible of a shape?

Get a headlight restoration or cd restoration kit and use it on the lens.

The sending unit for the shift LED's IIRC is on the side of the trans.....

Thanks, i'd thought about the HL restoration but i wasn't sure about it due to the plastic seeming so soft, but i've got an extra lens that's scratched a bit worse so i'll try on that first. As far as the sending unit, are you referring to the NSBU switch? that's odd as my reverse lights work but the LED doesn't

Should be a matrix in the switch that enages the LED on the dash, I suspect you may have a bad contact in the switch or a corroded terminal, or bad wire....
