Service Side Blind Zone System

Hello -

My vehicle is displaying the message to service my Side Blind Zone System. Has anyone had any experience trouble shooting this?

Questions I have:
1. Is this common during terrible winter weather?
2. Can it be a frozen sensor?
3. Where are the sensors?
4. Can I clear this code manually and see if the message comes back?
