Service Suspension System showed up about 6 weeks ago. - Replaced the rear compressor with a Dorman unit for $244. I am assuming it is acting like it is supposed to. The warning message is gone and when I start the Tahoe after about 10 seconds it runs for about 5 seconds. Is there anyway to test the system to know if it is doing what it is supposed to?

Thanks for any advice. It is on a 2008 LTZ.

I have the 07 LTZ with the same system. Also replaced the rear compressor. When I hitched my horse trailer, I could hear the compressor kick on and run and could see the vehicle level up. Try weighting the back end..........
