I am looking to buy the 20 inch rims that come equipped with the LTZ. My question is once i remove my stock 17inch tires will my tire pressure sensors light go on on the dash? How difficult is it to program the sensors that come with the 20 inch ltz rims?

Are you having the Dealership put the 20's on???
I added the 20's on my LTZ and had them installed by the Dealer. I don't know if they had to reprogram anything. I haven't had any issues with the low tire pressure warning.

im going to be installing the 20's myself since its pretty easy. And then take it to the dealer to have them reprogram the TPS.

You don't have to take the Tahoe to the dealer to reprogram the sensors. It can be done at your home very easy. Check your owner’s manual it has the procedure listed on tire rotation and I would think this should work on relearning new sensor as well.

Really? I havent even read the owners manual yet hahah. But i will check that out when i get the OEM rims. These 17inch ones look ugly. Kinda like ritz crackers.

I installed the OEM Cadillac 22's on my Yukon XL and my Tire Pressure Monitor light came on shortly after driving the vehicle. I tried the relearn procedure in the manual and this did not work. I dealt with it for a couple weeks then we traded in the Yukon for a Denali and did a wheel swap. When the dealer swapped the wheels, without asking they fixed the error message, so it can't be that difficult. I have also heard that any tire shop can also fix this. I would call the dealership and a couple of tire shops and ask for a quote.
