Removing taillights and third brake lighht

Hey guys

First of all I'm sure it's simple and stupid but how in the hell do u take OUT all three brake light ...I got some of that paint that smokes them I just can't get them out ....don't post stupid **** like "did you take out the screws"
And does the third brake light just pop off or what ?

there are two screws for each of the two lower lamps on the housing, which you can clearly see after the lift gate is open, as you know. Remove them, then with a little pull it will come out. What you don't see is two, for the lack of words...pressure tits (i don't know what to call them so that works), that are behind the lamp housing going into the sheet metal.

For the high stop, I haven't removed it before. I'm assuming with the gate open would be the method of removal. May require removal of some plastic trim pieces.
