I removed the old arm by removing the 13mm nut and pulling the arm off of the knurled knob at the base of the bolt. The replacement part has a built in bushing so the hole is too small to fit over the knurled knob. The knob appears to be a permanent part and not meant to come off.

Do I have the wrong part? The replacement part I have appears to be identical to photos of the correct part. I haven't applied really strong pressure on the knob for fear that it is not supposed to come off and I might ruin it and have to replace the motor. I'm wondering if I should try to press the bushing out of the arm, but I don't want to ruin that part either.

If anyone has run into this, I'd sure appreciate some help.

Thanks
