Rear vents blow outside air only

OK, my 99 Hoe has an issue. The rear A/C system does not blow air according to the temp on the front control. The fan speeds work from the front and back. It blows TONS of air, but it is the same temp as the outside air. Can someone tell me what I can check to fix it? Where that item might be, and if it is tricky to get to? Thanks in advance.

the front a/c blows cold? if so you'll need to check the rear evaporator which is in the right rear cover, inside the truck, behind the back seat. maybe clogged drain tube, etc....
