Rear power window problem on 2007

New to Tahoe forum and need help/suggestions on the best way to approach this problem. Right rear window stuck in down position. I can hear motor trying but there is no window movement. Removed door panel and could see some cable all twisted around self right above what I am thinking is the motor. What do I need to do in order to repair this problem?

I believe what you are referring to is the Window Regulator, if the cables have broke on this , then you will just need to replace it. If you find out its a switch issue you can go here http://www.switchdoctor.net
