rear heat blowing cold
checked it out removed acuator dissambled and found a glob a grease on the contacts cleaned and reinstalled works now the only bail out GM needs is some quality control.
I can see this truck is goining to keep me busy.

I am having the same problem, where is the actuator?

behind the rear panel passenger side you will see two moduals with two connectors the one on the left controls the direction of air up or down the one on the right controls the temp i would just swap them to see if that corrects the problem asuming the directional one works
they are easy to take apart and clean use a q tip diped in carb cleaner to clean the contact and trace good luck
