Rear Hatch Squeak

I have a very annoying squeak in my rear hatch area. I am not sure if it is the glass or the tailgate, but I have sprayed silicone lube all around the rubber seal, and that has not stopped this squeak. Any other ideas? Its almost as if the plastic trim is rubbing on itself.

Have you checked to make sure the latch and catch were tight on both the door and glass?

Yes, I did check that. I can't move the glass hatch or the tailgate when they are closed at all.
