rear hatch...liftgate

Hey everyone, lost hydraulic power on my 2000 LT liftgate this AM.
Use my liftgate about 5-6 times day, have 2 goldens jumping in and out.
Anyone else have this problem, or any idea what I need to have fixed?
Thanks for any info...I fix people, not cars....

Probably just need to replace one or both of the struts on the liftgate. Fairly cheap and simple to change. You can pick these up at most local auto parts stores such as AutoZone, O'reilly's, Advance, etc.
