Hi, I'm new thanks for the awesome posts I've been reading. I'm not certain this is where this should go, so I'm sorry if it's wrong.
I have a 99 Tahoe with the lift glass and tailgate, and I bought it with a broken lift glass. I went to my local junkyard I use and got one for 75, I thought it was a steal. I got one with no wiper cause I hate em.
I installed it yesterday and noticed the lift support mounts were wrong. My old one had the mounts on the top of the lift glass frame and this one is on the bottom.
I just removed the mounts from the new one and shut it for the time being.
Anyone have any insight as to the best way to make this work?
