Rear AC

I have a 2007 Tahoe with remote start and all the goodies. I just noticed over the weekend that my rear air will not come on when I push the AUX button and control it from the rear controls. I also tried to control it from the rear controls when I did not have the AUX button pushed. It will come on when I remote start the vehicle. Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong or is there a bad switch somewhere?

I checked the fuse and that is not the problem.

So if it comes on when you remote start it we know that at least the rear air does work. That's a good thing. So when you have Aux selected and turn the fan on High you don't feel air coming out of the vents in the rear?

I was mistaken. It is not coming on at all. I backed into something about 6 months ago and had to have some rear bumber and back up system work done. I wonder if that may have something to do with it?
