I'm starting to notice some of the differences between my 04 Range Rover and my wife's new Denali..
I think the rover was much quieter on the road than the denali.. From what I can tell there is no insulation in the denali whatsoever. When it rains, I can hear it hit the roof of the vehicle and it makes a pretty loud "tinny" sound almost as if the headliner wasnt there. Do you think that there is any way to deaden the sound by spraying in foam insulation thoughout the body panels??
Just curious. I love almost everything else about the denali but that.

The exhaust note is awesome!!! drives my wife nuts!! he he.. She keeps asking if it's broken...:cryin:

Sound deadening material like Dynamat and Accumat will drastically make a difference with the tinny sound on the roof. You can also spray some expanding foam in some of the pillars and body panels, then go over the panels with Dynamat or similar material.

Good advice, I have used dynamat and it works great for deadening noises and vibrations and rattles.
