I recently acquired a 99 Tahoe 5.7, 3.42 axle, 4WD and I have a couple questions. It appears to have two full size radiators and was wondering why? Second, I have the floor shifter 4wd and it grinds when I shift it, which I have seen this before but since this is mine I want to be sure this is okay. Also can I shift into 4wd on the fly and is it speed regulated?

I have a dual-core radiator in my Sierra..... I wouldnt advise shifting on the fly of the manual transfer case, altho I suspect it would do it.....
