Plastic pieces will snap off and you can run the wire through the stock door jamb wire loom. You should not be able to see speaker wires when you open the door.

Well for the fronts there is no molex and u can easily pop the plastic peices off the front and run the wire through the open connector into the loom. For the rear though there is a molex... should i just drill a hole in where there is empty space? also for the speakers i dont have any "terminals" for them. i soldered wires last time to the connectors. where can i get those terminals?

Soldering is a better connection but you can use the female insulated connectors available at any home depot or hardware store.
