I've got an 07 Tahoe. Is there a way to program the unlock button on the remote to unlock all doors with one click rather than having to press the unlock button twice?

You probably have to go to dealer and pay $$$$, with all this new electronics BS in which you have to take everything to the dealer to be ****ing programed:mad3:

I know the older systems like in my LS1 Trans Am, the door lock system worked off the pulses to the BCM. I just had to splice a wire with another and bam, I was done.

I am going to have to go pay them an hours worth of labor for a 5 minute job of programing my new mirrors.:mad2:

Know what you mean though, it is a bit of a pain when you forget to hit it twice, and if you don't do it within a few seconds you have to go twice again. Funny how something so minor has made me cuss a few times.

My rear door handle actually broke off when i forgot to push it twice. I pushed it once, opened my door, and my bro tried to open the rear door but it was still locked. This went on for like 15 seconds and finally he pulled the handle and it just pulled right out of the door.

Dang, that's not very assuring- it's like a cartoon where the guys just standing there with a busted door knob in his hand, followed by an explosion. So did they cover it under warranty, or try to stick you with it?

Sounds like a common occurance with the GMT900 chrome door handles.

I haven't got a chance to take my car to the dealer yet. I have a lot of mods waiting to be installed as well as repainting my entire car, and getting the new key fob. I am planning on just buying a new one, but if they want to provide one to me i'd be happy.
My back hitch cover also broke off when I went 80 over a speed bumb.
