All doors lock and unlock by power except for pass side front. It acts like it wants to (moves slightly) but it won't actually complete the movement up or down. It will unlock/lock manually.

Would this be an actuator problem, a linkage issue, or something else?

This is a 99 model btw.

its usually the actuators. Both driver and passenger sides have had problems in mine.

You can bypass it and get a aftermarket universal DEI Actuator (directed electronics inc, same company that makes viper, clifford, python alarms).

They are normally used for adding power locks to vehicles, or when people want key less entry and remote start on a vehicle with manual locks, etc.

You can buy them at most car audio shops that do alarms, remotestarts, keyless and have them in stock for $19-29.

I'm glad you asked this question. Mine does the same thing. Now the driver side is doing the same thing. If I hit the lock button first then unlock, it won't unlock and vs. Any other suggestions?
