Picture Help

I have been trying for the past two days to post pictures. Everytime that I submit a picture it goes throught the process and that is it. The picture never post to my account but it also never gives me a "message upload fail". What do I need to do. I delete that album and tried to create another one and the same thing. Can anyone help me? I wanna show everyone what I rollin with.

Back in my Navy days (late 60s), used to shoot missiles at drones out of PMR at Point Mugu. Is PMR still around?
