Pic request: Color Matched grill on a 02 Bodystyle Yukon

Hello Everyone!

Well, The grill has started to get on my nerves on this car. It looks
really boring too me, and I think that it needs a face lift possibly

The car: 02 GMC Yukon. Was thinking to paint the black portion of the
grill White to match the rest of the car. What do you guys think?

Also, Does any one have any pictures of this done? I am having a tough time
imagining what it would look like (like too overwhelming or something)

I would leave the black part black and paint the chrome white and maybe the GMC logo to.

yeah same here. Leave the grille black, but colormatch the chrome. Maybe instead of painting the GMC white, try black. I did that to my 94's GMC.

I was not planning on painting the GMC logo. Just the black ABS plastic portion.

You guys dont think that would look good by itself?

The chrome on the front of my "00" Yukon, is fading, How do I go about painting it, what all is involved. What color would you suggest, my yuk is Pewter, I have the Black ABS Grill with a Stainless GMC
