So after driving my 96 Tahoe 46,000 miles with the "famous" broken sun gear she finally won't shift out of first. With that being said I am now ready for a heavy duty transmission that will be able to handle more abuse. I have been looking all around online reading reviews on various cites such as monster trans, tci, goodfellas , outlaw, mad dog , and a few others. I think I have it narrowed down to either finishline transmission or Gearstar performance. I am wondering if anyone has had any experiance with these companies or knows of anyone else that can build a bad ass transmission at a decent price.
