Passlock!!! Problems!!!!

I took the steering column and dash trim off to fix my low beam wire, put it back to together and it won't start!!!

I have tried the passlock reset procedure several times but the light just won't go out. The security light switches from "Battery" to "Security" but the security light doesn't flash.

Anyone have any ideas on what is wrong???
Please any advice would be greatly appreciated I don't want to have to take it to the Stealership and spend 500$+

Did you follow the procedure? I just had to do the Passkey Relearn this mornig before work. My 01 Tahoe was shutting off on me while I was driving. After 20 min of the relearn I was good to go.
