Opinions on the seats in the Tahoe?

Hi there folks,


I was just wondering what people's opinions on the seats (front and second row) are in the Tahoe? Do you find them comfortable, too hard, too soft, not enough support, etc.?

I ask as I was finally able to sit in a new 2008 today and found the seats quite firm to sit on. Not uncomfortable, but not very cushy either and didn't seem to have much lateral support and the second row bench felt almost like one was sitting on bench. Now I didn't expect them to be as comfy as my Dad's Escalade but thought they would be more comfy than the seats in the '97 Tahoe.

i like them. Not anyware near as soft as my 06. But for long trips the firmness actully helps and gives you support.The captains chairs are much more comfortable in the second row.

When i went to chicago in my 06 it was very soft, but lower back support was not as hard so i would get pain there since there was no support.

IN my new one Its not as soft but supports very well and I had no pains.

Too me, it seems the seats in my 01 are just a bit more comfortable than the 07-up. Honestly, I think my 01 seats are even slightly more comfortable than those in my CTS. Idk, just seems like there is more range of adjustments on my Tahoe's seats that makes it more comfortable for me.
