I've got a 2000 with factory stereo/CD and aux cassette. Does anyone know if it's possible to upgrade the head unit and keep the factory cassette player? I've never had a cassette tape skip on a bumpy road, plus I own more tapes than the next guy. Don't be hatin now! Trying to keep it as versatile as possible.

I don't think it's possible the tape deck is designed to work with the factory head unit only
