Old member back after 7 yrs without a problem 2007 Tahoe

Trying to fix a check engine light related to code 0102. Replaced actuator motor and 4wd switch now trying to find info about 4wd modular location and replacement. Also have service 4wd message and won't go into 4wd low.
Took it to the dealer to reprogram but they said they tried twice and it won't load the computer reboot for that 4wd. Where do I find a solution?
