Hello everyone so I am in need of some information. I hope someone can help me out. I need to know the size of the thread that goes into the oil cooler on my 96 yukon. The thread size that goes into the filter adaptor is 3/8 what is the size that goes into the actual cooler?

I'm wanting to remove the oem lines and hose and replace them with high pressure hose and clamps to avoid further isssues. Along with this I will replace the fittings on the filter adaptor with 3/8 male to hose, but need the cooler size fittings to do the same. Thanks!

I just replaced my lines, the replacements were pretty cheap, like $20 each....

yeah they are cheap, but I want something that will not produce leaks. Do you have the same setup as me? filter adapter to oil cooler rad? If so what size being that you removed your old ones is the fitting that goes to the oil cooler? Also what size hose are those lines? I say 1/2 inch?

I have the PH5 filter adapter and the stock lines to the radiator for the engine oil cooler. I just purchased Doorman replacement lines and replaced my leaky factory ones (come on they lasted 18 years and were not actually spewing oil, but were pretty wet.....)
