Hello all, I have an 07 LS Tahoe with some weird HVAC problems. First it started with some weird blower problems. The speed wouldn't match the setting the control was at. That seems to have gone away. During winter the passenger side would blow cool air, driver side hot. Now in our warm March temperatures, the a/c will blow hot on the drivers side, cold on the passenger. However, if I turn off a/c and turn on recirculate nice cold air starts blowing out both sides. Any ideas? My first guess would be the control panel and not the blend actuators. However, I used to have a 97 Pontiac Grand Prix where the blower motor resistor went bad and the headlights would shut off on the bad fan speeds (why did GM tie the lights to the blower resistor?). I wondered if it could even be tied to that. Thought I'd see if anybody had ideas on this oddity before throwing money at it. Thanks

Welcome to the nieghborhood!

It does sound like blend door actuator issues. Kind of classic symptoms for them going bad.
