Noise from the dash

Since I hear a noise coming from the left side of the dash. It's a strange noise like something that touch against the dash or like something that fry. The noise increase with the vibration of the body during the ride. Thoughts ?

kinda have the same noise (squeaking) but it is near the kick panel. I sprayed the foot brake cable (under the carpet) and it was gone.
