No Start Issue

New here tried searching a little but couldn't find what I was looking for. 2001 Tahoe LT 5.3 V8 115,500 miles. About two months ago out of nowhere it started doing this no start issue, engine cranks and fires for about 1-3 seconds then shuts right off. After waiting about 10 minutes it will fire right up like nothing was wrong with it or with a quick jump she fires right up. The security light is not on, yet the battery light will either flash or stay lit up for a few brief seconds. Thursday afternoon I had put a new battery in it and everything seemed fine. Friday morning it fired right up no issue left work fired up, about 5 hours later I went to go somewhere and no start, took my jeep came back 15 minutes later and it fired right up. I am really racking my brain with this problem, everything I do find says fuel pump or relay, issues with PassLock, keys, etc. Both fuel pump and relay seem to be fine haven't checked pressure yet but plan on doing so tomorrow. Any help would be Greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

You may be able to scan diagnostic codes to see if what is happening is leaving a foot print while not illuminating the CEL. But, it sounds like an ignition relay malfunction to me.

Thanks clkelley! Talking with a buddy tonight who owns a garage, as soon as he can get me in he's going to hook up to scan tool but he believes its the passlock as his moms 03 Hoe had same issue and he had to find the voltage of the key and the wire under the steering column with same voltage and solder two together and it eliminated the issue. I had found this site, anyone know if it's any good if passlock is my issue??
