No Speedometer/will not shift

I had my 4l60E Trans rebuild because of no Revs. on my 98 Tahoe, now i have Revs, but the Speedometer dont work and it seem to be stuck in 3rd gear,when I do a manual shift, just trying to figure out what could be the problem now, if anyone could help me Please.

No Revs? WTH are you talking about? Did it not shift/ Move/ what?

If it seems stuck in 3rd gear, either the electrical connection to the trans is not connected well, or you blew the fuse to the trans. If speedo is NG then perhaps the VSS is out, That IIRC wont keep it in 3rd gear tho..... Check all the wiring to the trans and see if they plugged the connectors back in....
