no brake pedal

what up everybody just found this forum so I thought I would ask the people that know these trucks...I just bought a 1995 2 door 2 wheel drive tahoe and I'm having trouble with the brakes. We've bled the brakes a few times and even replaced the master cylinder but the pedal is still going to the floor and the truck will barely stop its self I can't even drive it it's just not safe.when we crack the line it's shooting out all fluid no air but I'm stumped I don't know much about abs but could the abs be bad or should I just take it to a shop and have it power bled??? any input would be usefull and thanks in advance

also the boost seems to be holding pressure just fine if you pull the vaccum hose off you can here the suction and the motor revs higher until you plug it back in
