Greetings everyone. I'm a first time poster, and have a few questions for you all who know more about Tahoes. I have a 99 Tahoe LS, 2wd, with 116k miles on it. I've had several issues over the last few years that I'll post about soon. I love this Tahoe, and it should have tons of miles left in it. I recently noticed antifreeze leaking from the radiator on the drivers side a little over half way up the side of the tank. I'm going to order a new one, but am unsure exactly what to get. I have not starting taking the shroud off, so I haven't gotten a good look at it yet. I assume it's a single core, but don't know for sure. There are two metal lines going into the passenger side of the radiator, and none on the drivers side. Would these lines be oil cooler lines, or transmission cooler lines? I don't think my Tahoe has a tow package because it is a fairly base model. If my current radiator is a single core, should I buy a dual core replacement, and if I do, will it bolt right in? Any other suggestions or thoughts will be greatly appreciated!

instead of buying a new radiator u should first try this: remove all the anti-freeze from the radiator and then fill it with water {pure water nothing else} then go to autozone and ask them for radiator sealant that goes into water i had a 96 silverado LS that would leak water the same way i tried this stuff and it actually worked and no longer did i have a leak so before spending money go give this a try cuz in reality u have nothing to lose if it dont work then just buy a new radiator PERIOD.
