Newbie with light problems :/

Hey-new member from Wisco. 2007 Tahoe, constantly changing bulbs in the front. Latest issue is the passenger blinker (orange), it stays on constantly, I tried swapping bulbs as read on another site, worked for a day and now it stays on again, so I pulled the bulb. The blinker flashes three times then quickly when being used. Any ideas on where I should start?

Bad relay perhaps? swap the relays for the left and right blinker and see if the problem swaps to the other side, if it does, bad relay, buy a new one
