whats up guys stumbled across this site about a week ago or so, love the site and am glad i can call this one home(havent been on a forum since i was on vwvortex for my old jetta). im new to owning a suv so i could use some advise on mods down the road, would like to bring my mpgs up alil. so anyway once again great site and look foward to posting and gettting to know you guys

Welcome to the forum. I too came from a VW and I loved the car until I experienced expensive maintenance soured my VW experience, we have 2 I can't wait to get rid of. I noticed every 5th fill up the cars need oil, so we bought an 07 Tahoe and for reliability, my bet's on the Tahoe. My 2003 Jetta had a water pump failure at 20K miles and the Tahoe at 20K still running strong.
Don't expect stellar mileage, but with the idiots out there, I'll drive an urban assault vehicle any day!
