Hi guys. I just bought my first Tahoe yesterday. Actually, its the first chevrolet product I have ever purchased (ford family) and I dont know why I waited so long. I am in LOVE with this truck.

The truck is a white 03. I just have a question on how to tell what trim package it has. Im thinking its a base model, but I'm not very sure. It has Rear AC, power everything (except pass seat) no sun/moon roof. Black trim on the outside to include black door handles.

The 8th digit in the VIN tells me that it has the 5.3.

Any help would be great!

Welcome to the FAMs, seems like everyone has been coming over from the darkside lately.

I the rear pilar outside it should say, SLE SLT etc. If it has been debadged, I'm not sure maybe when the dealer plug the pin in it may tell em.

No badges on the pillar. But all the rest of the badges are there. Also there is no center console that connects to the dash. It has the third seat option.

I am however considering getting a full center console for it. They just look better, IMHO.

Not Lt, if it was an LT it would've had painted to match door Handles and Trims, sounds like a LS with third row.

Is LS bottom of the line?

Well, It is the base model, but dont think of yourself at the bottom of the line. You are in the best place in line! Your the one that can turn around behind you and see the compentition way in the distance eating our dust! Welcome to Tahoe country!!
