I just bought a new 2011 tahoe and I was wondering what exhaust would sound the best. I want to keep the single outlet, just like the stock exhaust. I am leaning towards the flowmaster 40 series. What is the difference between the 40 and super 40. I just want a nice deep rumble the sounds great. PLease need help on decision.

I have heard many opinions on the best sounding exhaust, some say the 40 series is the best all around while others say they like the MagnaFlow better, but in the end it is personal preference really as every person has their own idea of what a good exhaust sounds like. I would do as much research as possible, maybe search Youtube for videos of the different exhausts, I am sure there are MANY of them to view and see if you can tell that way at all. I know it isn't ideal but may give you an idea of which one YOU like.
I personally like MagnaFlow, they have a nice little growl to them without being obnoxious and not being a teenager anymore I am not looking to rattle windows or sound like a race car myself. They also don't seem to have as much of s "drone" at highway speeds. Now we ALL also have different ideas of what a highway drone should be or what is acceptable at highway speeds, but I like it so that my factory stereo doesn't have to be turned up all the way to hear it.
