I am a new Tahoe owner and really like the truck. This isn't my first Chevy truck, however,it is my first SUV.I am having trouble with the high beams. It seams only the drivers side works.Bought new bulbs thinking that was the trouble but nope.I checked with the volt meter and i get nothing.Any ideas?

Did you check all the fuses? Perhaps the passenger side is blown?

Otherwise it's testing each section of the wires leading to the headlamp plug.

Something is grounding it out. Maybe the bulb itself.

Otherwise, something probably stripped the positive wire to it, and it's touching metal somewhere.

If it's not grounded properly, it just won't even turn on.
