So I just got my new magnaflow muffler installed the other day and I couldn't be happier. I went for the 22" single 3" in dual 2.5" out (part number 12588). The sound is deep, and smooth. Inside there is absolutely zero drone and quiet going down the highway, It almost sounds stock inside. Under acceleration, it really sounds good, it gives the Yukon a real powerful tone. I think this fits the nature of the vehicle perfectly, not loud and obnoxious but at the same time, it says this SUV doesn't play around. It should also be know that on my 01', the single pipe coming into the muffler is 2 3/4" OD and the dual pipes coming out are 3" OD, meaning I had to utilize a few adapters to make it all work, but nothing too big. I know there is some confusion on the stock pipes, which on my 01' is different, than say an 03'. Hope this help anyone interested in installing a new muffler. Pic's and a video or two are soon to come. Thanks guys.

The muffler cost me $120 shipped to my door, plus about $25 worth of clamps and adapters. Ended up not being too difficult to put, especially when I think about how much I saved having a muffler shop put it in for me.
