I just bought a '03 LS 4wd 4.8L Tahoe. I'm looking for info about towing. My truck has a "towing prep package" but I'm not sure what that includes.
Does anyone know...
* what's the towing rating? I suspect it's on a doorjamb label that's missing from my truck, so I'm still trying to figure it out.
* what's included w/ the tow prep pkg? I suspect it didn't include pre-wiring, but I'm not sure. I didn't see anything under the truck that's obviously a trailer wire harness.
* any opinions on hitch brands? I've bought/installed HiddenHitches, but maybe there's a better choice.
