Like em or not, I dig the huge window visors that Wade Automotive makes but I need a hand from you guys. I put them on this morning because I can never wait to install stuff, granted it was cooler outside than I would have hoped for. the issue with one of them is they come all the way down, over the mirror housing and onto the lower windowsill. One of them has a gap in the corner that I cannot get to fit.
So the question is, will a hairdryer work to warm it up enough to push it into place and seal the tape to form it correctly or is there some other way to get it just right. Essentially the bend where it meets the forward edge of the door has about a two inch area that is lifted and will not set with a clamp or pressue, I think I need to heat up the plastic. Any secret way to get this to work?
