Navigation radio problem ??

I am having a problem with my navigation radio in my 2007 LTZ. It has been automatically changing stations (radio) without me hitting any buttons on the radio or steering wheel. Today I tried to hit the side of the console with my hand that caused the stations to change leading me to believe it is a problem inside the radio BUT when I run the radio in CD mode and hit the console it will not change tracks. Could this still be a problem inside the radio or is there a seperate tuner for the FM/AM/XM mounted somewhere else ?? Thanks

Sounds like a flaky membrane switch on the tuner button. Regardless of location of issue, it seems like it needs to be taken in to the dealer for service... I betcha they swap out the nav unit in less than 30 minutes (assuming they have the part) and that fixes it.

And welcome to the forum! :cya:

Thanks. I already called the stealer who had me bring the truck in so they could read some numbers for a replacement radio. I am just hoping that this fixes it.
