I installed a factory nav/radio in my 08 Tahoe and I installed the VSS wire from JPCustoms. I got it programmed today and it seems to work fine except one problem: The directional header (the little red triangle showing my position) is always facing East and the orientation of the map is always facing East (unless I put it in the mode where it faces North).
Everything else seems to work fine; it shows my location, gives me voice prompts, accurately plans a route. But, it's always oriented to the East. If I drive in a westerly direction, the red arrow is still pointing to the East and the map is oriented to the East, it just looks like I'm driving in reverse. If I drive toward the South, it looks like I'm sliding to my right. You get the picture.
Any ideas?
