5.7 motor tore down and found cracked heads, lower end was in great shape. Put new rings, bearings and brand new heads (not re-mans), new injectors, new distributor, new crank sensor, new plugs, new wires, new cap. Motor ran beautiful for 2 weeks, now have misfire on 1, 3, and 5 with 5 being the worst. I have had it on dealers computer, fuel system and all sensors check out fine. I have checked all grounds, checked for vaccuum leaks, EGR is clean. Misfire tends to go away at higher RPM's. I have pulled that head off and replaced gasket again. Don't know where else to go. Any ideas?
