Memory mirrors on the 2015 Tahoe LT?

I just purchased a 2015 Tahoe LT and according to the owner's manual, the model should include memory mirrors, but I can't get this feature to work.

The mirrors adjust using the controls inside the driver's door, but when selecting a memory position, the mirrors do not return to the last saved position.

Does the 2015 Tahoe LT include the memory mirrors feature?

If not, is there a way to add this, with a firmware update or similar?

I also just bought a 2015 LT and the memory mirrors (and reverse parking tilt mirrors) don't work. The owner's manual says that if the truck has memory seats, then it has the memory mirrors and reverse parking tilt mirrors...I have memory seats but the reverse tilt option doesn't even show up on the comfort and convenience screen like it shows in the operator's manual.

Yes, it looks like this feature is not included in the LT package. You have to have the LTZ package (or whatever it's called - the one above LT).

Too bad. My last Tahoe was a Z71 (equivalent to the LTZ) and so I'm used to having these features. I didn't realize they weren't in this model until after I'd purchased it.

What packages does your LT have? I have these features. I do have the luxury package though.

It was my understanding that the LT was the LT. If there are different packages within the LT, then I don't know what I have (I bought it used). How can I tell?
