Lucas fuel treatment

I seem to think this additive helps my engine run better. Is it just placebo, or does anyone else feel the same way?

Mind over matter. Lucas doesnt mind cause I know it doesnt matter. Tried it in my 05 GTO.....no report!!

I tried it in my wife's 03 yukon and when I run it I get 1 mile per gallon improvement. I'm not really using it for the fuel economy, more for the long term durability of the engine. I have talked to several older mechanics, and they believe in the product and its contribution to the extended life of the engine! I have faith in these guys since most of the older mechanics do not believe in using additives.
