Last night i put in a set of two inch drop coils in the rear to level my 07 tahoe, however i did not use the shock extenders. Is there any benifit to putting the shock extenders on? I have not put them on yet.

Aren't shock extenders for lifts? I may be thinking extended travel shocks though (more familiar with lifts)...

yes you can use them when you lower a truck as well, when you don't use them the shock will compress into the cylinder more with shock extenders it will be at the stock position. I was just wondering if it was really neccesary. I had a lift truck before i got my tahoe and i did not have them, but i guess that is because i got new shocks with the lift
